Group Fitness is an enjoyable and effective way to maintain and improve your physical form. Spin City Health Club offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes seven days a week.

Our program is designed to offer you a safe effective and fun workout. Group Fitness does not discriminate by age, gender and strength level. The goal of each class is simply to bring together groups of people who are interested in learning from fitness industry professionals how to get results and have fun at the same time. We encourage everyone to try a group fitness class because at Spin City… it is for everybody!
