CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SPINNING
A high-intensity, non-impact workout on specially designed bikes to boost
fitness and burn calories. 45 minutes

ABS BLAST
A real boost for core strength. 15 minutes

BODYPUMP
Weight training to music, working all major muscle groups. A great way to
tone up and increase the metabolic rate. 1 hour

BOXING
Boxing works the entire body, increasing fitness and power. Please bring your own gloves if possible. 1 hour

COMBAT
This high energy total body workout inspired by different martial arts disciplines will burn fat and tone upper and lower body. 1 hour

FUNK
Dance your way to a toned body and shake that booty to great music. 1 hour

PILATES
Floor exercises designed to improve postural control and core stability, increase flexibility and prevent injury. 1 hour

POWERFIT
A weight training class done to music, with aerobics elements to increase the intensity of your workout. 1 hour

STRETCH
A combination of stretching exercises designed to decrease risk of injury
while improving general
feeling of well-being. 30 minutes

TTB
Targets thighs, tums and bums and consists of a low impact aerobic workout
to burn excess calories & toning/abdominal/stretching exercises to really tone those problem areas using floor, weights and dyna bands. A great class to begin exercising or get back into it! 45 minutes

YOGA
A combination of movement and intense poses, focusing on breathing. Yoga aims to build strength, flexibility and a clear mind. 1 hour
