How does our eight week challenge work?
Our years of experience ensure that you will change your body more than you ever believed possible, in as little as 8 short weeks.

The first step needs to be taken by you. If you know that you are committed enough to follow our diet advise and training regime, you are the first step on the way to a new you.

The second step (did we already explain that commitment must be from you?) is to book in your assessment session. At that time you will be given a food diary that you will need to complete and bring with you every time you come to train.

Your Assessment Session:
The session begins with a metabolic measuring that tells us a bit about you – have much muscle you have in your body, how much water, how much fat and what your metabolic rate is. Once we understand what your body tells us about you the real assessment begins. Lets not hold back here. The assessment is exactly that – a session where you be pushed as hard as you can so that we both understand where you are at in terms of training. If you are a hard and seasoned athlete, it’s going to be a tough day. If you have not exercised for years it’s still going to be a tough day. (We explained the commitment, yes?)

We then both understand where you are at in terms of level, and you are then grouped with three others for your remaining sessions. And the grouping is designed to help push you along – we have found that it’s more motivating to be training with others of similar standard.

The sessions:
Remember that we are a CrossFit based Gym. That means that in your eight weeks you will have sixteen different sessions. At the end of your eight weeks you would have been introduced to CrossFit and completed a well structured program that has taken you well along the track to being the strongest fittest you that you ever imagined.

What then?
Like the idea of being trained twice a week for $50 including full gym membership and classes? No problem, you can continue without any obligation for as long as you like. Feel that you have enough experience now and all that you need is a gym to utilise your new skills? No problem, join as a gym member and you can take up the offer of two PT sessions a week whenever you want.
